Excellent doco. Well done to Texaco for dumping 18 billion gallons of toxic waste into the pristine Ecuadorian rainforest - “deliberately, to save money”.
Could oil execs do time or bancrupt their companies if they tried the same thing now? Perhaps the political climate is gradually changing:

Moving from from a minimum of 27mpg now to 36mpg by 2022 would save about 6% of world oil consumption. But methinks that with global consumption wanting to rise at about 1.5% per year, more than 9mpg is going to have to give.
